Amiy Skincare Return and Refund Policy
At Amiy Skincare, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Returns
Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Only products purchased directly from https://amiyskincare.com/ are eligible for returns.
- Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased during promotional offers or sale events, unless required under applicable law.
- Products purchased as part of a combo or bundle. Individual products within a combo cannot be returned or refunded separately.
- Gift cards, if applicable.
- Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition unless they were received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges, COD charges (if applicable), and other service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged product received from us.
- For products received under promotional offers, the refund amount will be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different product, you may return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@mayinbrands.com.
Please include:
- Your Order ID.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and work towards an appropriate resolution.
How to Return a Product
To initiate a return:
- Contact our Customer Support team at support@mayinbrands.com.
- Mention your Order ID and the reason for your return request.
- Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging along with the invoice or proof of purchase.
- Ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.
Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
